Ingredients

  1. 2 cups small-diced pineapple
  2. 1 cup small-diced strawberries
  3. 1 cup small-diced kiwi (about 3 kiwis)
  4. 1 lime, juiced
  5. 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  6. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced mint (in thin ribbons)
  7. Kosher salt
  8. Cinnamon-sugar pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the pineapple, strawberries and kiwi with the lime juice and jalapenos. Gently fold in the mint. Add salt to taste.
  2. Serve with cinnamon-sugar pita chips.

All of the flavors together are awesome! The jalapeños with the kosher salt are distinct and really makes the other ingredients stand out.
