Reviews
Loved this recipe, and have also grilled my pineapple first – which was good, too!
Not a bad recipe. Easy and straightforward to make. Most important part is making sure your pineapple is ripe and sweet and not to take out too many of your habanero seeds.
This is not thick enough. I recommend using 1 cup of pineapple OR adding half an avocado to give this salsa some thickness and make it easier to dip and stick to the chips or veggies.
If you want a hotter salsa, you should try adding an extra Habanero.
Went with food processor vs blender. Skipped the 1/2 c. of water. It was very good, sweet and a bit spicy.
