  4.5 – 2 reviews  • Tuna Salad Recipes

I tried a lot of other difficult recipes and didn’t like any of them, so I came up with this recipe for tuna salad with eggs. Simple ingredients were used to make this. Serve with tortillas, lettuce, or toast.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 10 mins
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1. 2 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  2. 3 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  3. 1 stalk celery, diced (Optional)
  4. ½ cup light creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip Light®)
  5. 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  6. 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  7. 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, eggs, and celery in a medium bowl. Stir in salad dressing, relish, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

This turned out pretty good. The yolks of the eggs getting stirred in and broken down make this a very creamy tuna salad. I did make one substitution out of personal preference and that was with the Miracle Whip. I grew up on it and didn’t have real mayo until I was adult. I never went back. It’s just too sweet for me. This recipe will work great for whichever you prefer.
