Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
Instructions
- Stir salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar together in a bowl until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over cucumbers and onion in a larger bowl and stir gently to assure vegetables are coated.

My grandfather made this for me when I was a kid. So when I made it I didn’t use miracles whip, I used the generic whipped salad dressing and boy it was delicious
WE ADJUSTED IT JUST A BIT & IT WAS PERFECTION!!
Not being a big fan of Miracle Whip I was quit surprised how well this turned out. This is so easy to make and would be perfect for those summer BBQ’s. I will be making this again.
