Spicy Mango Salad with Jalapeno

Ingredients

  1. 1 mango – peeled, seeded, and diced
  2. ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  3. ¼ small onion, chopped
  4. ⅛ green bell pepper, chopped
  5. 2 teaspoons finely chopped mint, or to taste
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or as needed
  7. 1 teaspoon honey
  8. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, jalapeno, onion, bell pepper, and mint in a bowl. Mix to combine. Season with lemon juice, honey, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
