Light and Easy Broccoli Salad

  4.0 – 1 reviews  • Broccoli Salad Recipes

My husband once told me I could smoke something else while he was smoking ribs because there was some extra space. When I opened the pantry, a packet of instant ramen noodles was looking back at me, so I figured, why not? The amount of flavor the smoked noodles contribute and how the texture changed as a result amazed me. They don’t turn to mush and have a hard, crisp bite. Give this a shot the next time the smoker is already lit!

This was a pretty easy recipe. Using the food processor, cut my time in half. Very good, but I think I will use a little less vinegar on my next go around.
