Although it can be served throughout the year, this is a delicious dessert that is particularly nice for special occasions. Your visitors will be amazed by the finished pumpkin roll slices. Making a pumpkin roll is not as challenging as it may seem. Make careful to use canned, unsweetened pumpkin and not pumpkin pie mix.

I’ve made this salad quite a few times. It’s a hit every single time.
This recipe is a crowd winner and it is so easy! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to copy the link and send to friends.
I liked it-but did not love it.
It was terrible tasting after I added the basil
Cut back the herbs to half and skipped the olive oil, perfect!
Made it because had way too much watermelon. My boyfriend and I loved t! Refreshing and healthy too. Made as written except didn’t have cilantro…it doesn’t need it. I will definitely make this over and over again.
Added baby spinach (because I didn’t have basil leaves and we don’t like cilantro). I also added strawberries and grapes. I would wait until just before serving to add the dressing (that I added a few strawberries to) which was the star of the show. (The greens will wilt otherwise)
I did not follow your recipe exactly but it came out great! Thanks for the inspiration
I was skeptical as to how it would taste. I’ve heard many reviews and seen several variations of this salad. A quick taste test before I packed it to go and I was seriously amazed. This salad is dynamite! Just made it for my mother in-laws birthday cookout. I will be making this again. So easy and was able to use fresh herbs from my garden
Good, but I prefer a somewhat simpler version using watermelon, feta, scallions, chopped fresh mint (or dried) and a lime juice/olive oil dressing.
This is simply the ultimate summer salad! I would have never imagined things like watermelon, feta, balsamic vinegar and cilantro EVER going together in one dish…this knocked my socks off! I’ve made it several times now and I’ve taken several of them to get together, there is never anything left for me to schlep home afterward!
This was delicious and I am not even a big fan of feta cheese. I did add an extra TBS of balsamic. I used half Honey Ginger balsamic vinegar and half regular balsamic.
Great as is! I seldom just follow recipes, even those by master chefs. This one works, counter to my intuition. Just drizzle the vinegar and oil.
I made this for a potluck and many people loved it! The herbs all blended so well and enhanced the flavor of the watermelon! The feta cheese seemed to set it all off!
I made a smaller portion but used all the ingredients and it was so fresh and deliscious! Perfect for a party!
Made this for a party and everyone loved it. I made a couple of changes because I am a fanatic about good olive oil and thick, aged balsamic. Used blood orange olive oil and probably at least double the amount of aged balsamic. Truly a delicious recipe!
Excellently refreshing for a hot summer day. Served with Thai turkey burgers. Delicious and easy summer dinner.
It was good tasting, but really watery.
Loved it ! Used maple balsamic
Nope, not for me. I had a couple people at my barbecue this summer who did enjoy it which is why I am giving it two stars. My boyfriend took a bite and spit it out (I didn’t think it was THAT bad). I always like trying something new, so thanks for sharing, but I will be passing on this one in the future.
I was skeptical about combining onion with watermelon but all the flavors melded beautifully and my guests loved it, as did I.
