Reviews
I added macadamia nuts & shredded coconut.
Very yummy. I did use celery seed instead of cilantro because that is what I had.
I tried this for the first time a few days ago and I think it’s the best Cole Slaw recipes I have ever tasted. I found it was best the second day.
I made this it’s awesome. I didn’t have can pineapple so I used fresh. My husband says this is a keeper
We love this recipe! Great with Ribs, fish tacos, and even just plain and add a little protien if you want! Made this already twice in last 10 days! I like the multi color cabbage, carrots etc mix
Followed the recipe as written, just made double. This was a huge hit with all the guys at my husband’s plant. Excellent as the slaw served on top of a pulled pork sandwich. The pineapple balances the cabbage and the vinegary dressing. I am picky about slaw, and I really liked this one too!
This was incredible delicious. We will be making this again & soon!
Delicious!
Wonderfully tangy dressing! Easy to make too.
This recipe is wonderful(mostly). I hate cilantro so I use celery seed instead.
I didn’t have apple cider vinegar, so I subbed 3/4 th white vinegar and 1/4 apple juice. I also subbed splenda brown sugar for regular. It was delish!
Delicious! The brown sugar & pineapple ?? gave it an excellent flavor, quick & easy to prepare, everyone Loved it!! I replaced onion with shredded carrot.
Light, sweet, and easy to make. A very nice complement to my vole slaw repertoire.
Not even a big fan of Cole slaw, but this is definitely my favorite version of it. Made it exactly how its says no alterations
This recipe is so delicious! It was easy to make and even my daughter who doesn’t like Cole Slaw she would eat it! Now that’s a winner in my book. Highly recommend.
This recipe is delicious! I used a mix of green and purple cabbage and added a little chopped carrot for color. I didn’t have dry cilantro so just used fresh instead. Will definitely make it again.
Outstanding! I added tomatoes and cucumbers
Next time be sure and use the slaw mix, Iused a chopped salad mix. also I would use pineapple chunks instead of crushed and less of the dressing – I used all and it was just too liquidy but the taste was great! I’ll get it right next time…..
Delicious Dressing is perfect and easy to make I grate in a little carrot for color and use fresh pineapple as they are abundant here in Hawaii. Fabulous as a side dish or topping for fish tacos
I made this just as directed, as a side for Kalua Pig, from this site. It was easy to make, very tasty and was the perfect side for the pulled pork.
Made exactly according to recipe. Everyone loved it. Make sure that the onion is diced small and pineapple is drained thoroughly. I might try a little jalapeño on the next batch.
