Ingredients

  1. 2 cups elbow macaroni
  2. 4 slices ham, cut into small pieces
  3. ½ cup cubed Cheddar cheese
  4. ¼ cup chopped celery
  5. ¼ cup chopped green onions
  6. 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  7. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  8. 1 ½ teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
  9. salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Combine pasta, ham, Cheddar cheese, celery, green onions, relish, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
