Fruit Slaw

When spread over a bagel or perhaps some French toast, this blueberry cream cheese with fresh raspberries is sure to gratify. And it costs a lot less money than purchasing that pricey brand in the 8-ounce silver container (you know the one).

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh pineapple
  2. 2 cups cubed honeydew
  3. 2 cups Melons, cantaloupe, raw
  4. 2 cups seedless red grapes
  5. 2 cups fresh strawberries
  6. ½ medium lemon
  7. ½ medium lime

Instructions

  1. Julienne pineapple, honeydew, galia melon, grapes, and strawberries.
  2. Combine fruit in a large bowl and squeeze lemon and lime juice on top, making sure citrus seeds don’t get added. Toss gently until well blended. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Julienning the fruit is tedious, but worth it.
  4. You can use cantaloupe melon instead of galia melon.
