Chicken Caesar Salad with Gemelli Pasta

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups gemelli pasta
  2. 3 cups chopped roasted chicken
  3. 2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  4. 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  5. ½ cup sliced green onions
  6. ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  7. ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  8. 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  9. 1 clove garlic, minced
  10. ⅓ cup Caesar salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add gemelli and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large salad bowl.
  2. Add chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green onions, basil, parsley, feta, and garlic; stir to combine.
  3. Add Caesar dressing just before serving.
