Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 (4 ounce) balls burrata cheese. sliced
- 10 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Arrange tomato and burrata slices on a platter. Place basil leaves in between and drizzle olive oil over top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
