Depending on what I have in my fridge, I frequently modify this salad by adding more or less bell pepper, tomato, or feta cheese. Bell peppers of various colors are the loveliest. The dressing is quite simple to make and works with a variety of salads.

quick, easy and delicious
Perfect as is 🙂 I did a Fridge clean-out…added some carrot, zucchini & lettuce blend I had. I will be packing a jar of this dressing & some Feta for all of our camping trips!
5 stars for ease and quickness 🙂
