Ingredients

  1. ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  2. ½ cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon white sugar
  4. 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
  5. 1 large red apple, cored and diced
  6. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Whisk cream, mayonnaise, and sugar in a large salad bowl until sugar has dissolved. Gently fold in cabbage, apple, and pineapple to coat with dressing. Refrigerate until serving time.

This is probably the fastest coleslaw I have ever made, and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it – I am making it my go-to coleslaw recipe. I did cut the sugar to 1 teaspoon, but next time will probably eliminate it. Seems unnecessary to add the sugar as the apple and pineapple are already sweet.
