This fruit salad is something my mother-in-law makes, and it’s very delicious—possibly the finest I’ve ever tasted. Simply replace a fruit you don’t like with one you do if you don’t like it! This dish is incredibly forgiving and is jam-packed with vitamins. My mother-in-law has been known to occasionally include peeled and chopped pears in it. You may also use pomegranate seeds, mandarin oranges, or any other seasonal fruit that is in season.

Reviews
I used unsweetened coconut flakes and fresh pineapple. I did not add grapes, cherries, or sugar. In my opinion, no sugar is needed.
Everyone REALLY loved this!!! Five stars!!
Very good with just enough sweetness. I didn’t have grapefruit so I used strawberries instead.
