Ingredients

  1. 12 wedges watermelon, about 1-inch thick
  2. 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn
  4. 1 tablespoon chile-lime powder, such as Tajin

Instructions

  1. Lay out the watermelon wedges on a large platter. Sprinkle the feta, mint and chile-lime powder over the watermelon. Serve.
