Kids love this! (As do I). I have no problem making it in a mason jar. I did add a couple pinches of sugar and was not disappointed! Also did it with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it was different but also good.
Doesn’t sound like much, but this salad is GREAT! Love the dressing!!!!! Subbed romaine for the iceberg.
I didn’t read any of the comments until after I served this recipe in a deconstructed salad for guests. One of my guests took my recipe home so I am now Ree-copying it. I did add about 1/4 tsp of Truvia before serving. Yum!
Yes, totally agree with other reviews as to Ree knowing what she is doing when it comes to dressings. This is an excellent recipe. Ree really has a good arsenal of dressings, sauces and salsas. When I’m walking along that aisle in the grocery store I just roll my eyes and keep on walking.
This is my go to dressing for baked potatoes and salads that I have with steak. It’s sooo easy to make. It’s so flavorful and I love that I can use it for many different things. I use it as a dipping sauce for homemade fries as well. Ree really knows how to make dressings simple and this one is a winner.
I can make it 1 day!

Great dressing. Very easy to make.
I love this dressing! So easy to make and tastes great! I made it exactly like the recipe called for the first time I made it. Every time I’ve made it since then, I added 3 good pinches of sugar, a bit of garlic powder (instead of raw garlic) and some dill (I love dill). I found that you can’t just put everything into the mason jar and shake it, the mayo and sour cream doesn’t get mixed in. So I put everything in the jar and whisk it all together. Then I just shake it up right before serving. I really love Ree’s dressings and this one is my favorite! Thanks Ree!
Loved it! I added a little sugar(1 T) for a little sweeter taste.
