Kale-Strawberry Salad

Instructions

  1. Toss one 5-ounce package baby kale, 2 cups quartered strawberries, 1 sliced endive and 1/4 cup salted roasted sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Blend 1/4 cup buttermilk, 3 tablespoons each sour cream, mayonnaise and chopped chives, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a blender. Toss with the salad.
