Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 4 cups California green seedless grapes, whole, stemmed
- 6 cups honey dew melon, peeled and seeded and cut in 1-inch cubes
- Mint Splash (recipe follows)
- MINT SPLASH:
- 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- SALAD
- 1. Toss salad ingredients together.
- 2. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
- MINT SPLASH:
- 1. Whisk honey into lime juice to dissolve.
- 2. Add mint.
- Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
- This is also fun to make with 3 colors of grapes.
