Ingredients

  1. SALAD:
  2. 4 cups California green seedless grapes, whole, stemmed
  3. 6 cups honey dew melon, peeled and seeded and cut in 1-inch cubes
  4. Mint Splash (recipe follows)
  5. MINT SPLASH:
  6. 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. SALAD
  2. 1. Toss salad ingredients together.
  3. 2. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
  4. MINT SPLASH:
  5. 1. Whisk honey into lime juice to dissolve.
  6. 2. Add mint.
  7. Place in clean container, label, date, initial and store refrigerated.
  8. This is also fun to make with 3 colors of grapes.
