Fresh Herb Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup fresh purslane, washed and patted dry
  2. 1/4 cup fresh chervil sprigs, washed and patted dry
  3. 1/4 cup lovage leaves, washed and patted dry
  4. 1/4 cup tarragon leaves, washed and patted dry
  5. 1/4 cup viola flowers, washed and patted dry
  6. 1/4 cup small basil leaves, washed and patted dry
  7. 1/4 cup snipped chives
  8. Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  9. Salt
  10. Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the herbs in a mixing bowl. Toss the herbs lightly in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
