Ingredients
- 2 ounces blue cheese, broken into chunks, plus more for garnish
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1 ounce white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 heads Bibb, Baby Gem or iceberg lettuce
- 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 pounds store-bought smoked barbecued brisket, cut into chunks
- 8 ounces cooked bacon pieces
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blue cheese chunks, sour cream, vinegar, honey, dill and parsley. Mix with a spoon, then season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Cut the lettuces in half, and place on a plate. Add the tomatoes, then top with the dressing, brisket and bacon. Garnish with blue cheese and more dill.
