Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 teaspoons each whole-grain mustard and white wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in 3 tablespoons olive oil, whisking. Add 3 bunches torn arugula and1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts and toss.

Wow… just wow… I had my doubts about this salad. Mainly because I only had Heinz mustard in hand at home. Mustard is mustard, that glorious neon yellowness or that cashew cream… mustard. I was shivering at the thought of eating this salad, but I said YOLO. My mind was blown, never using ranch or balsamic dressing again, if yall don’t have that whole grain mustard, just get that bottle out of the fridge and dab it on.
