Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
  2. 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup olive oil
  4. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with a salad or steamed or grilled vegetables. Add minced fresh herbs as desired.
