Ingredients
- 3/4 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Whisk together the creme fraiche, dill, honey and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the lemon juice and a couple turns of freshly ground black pepper until blended.
