Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
  2. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  3. 1 tablespoon honey
  4. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the creme fraiche, dill, honey and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the lemon juice and a couple turns of freshly ground black pepper until blended.

This dressing was delicious! I didn’t know how it would taste given the ingredients, but to my surprise, they play very well together. Fresh dill is must – as the recipe calls for.
