Perfect for a cocktail party. And so easy to make. I made open-face sandwiches, omitting the romaine and second slice of bread. They were absolutely delicious, disappeared quickly and only took minutes to make! Will definitely make again!
I made these for a party and they dissappeared in minutes. People loved them and so did I. They didn’t take long to make, looked and tasted great. I used crusty Italian bread sliced, brushed with oil, and quickly broiled (my grill was out of gas). They made great little finger sandwiches. Will make again!
Everyones favorite made bite size! Perfect for a Tappas Party.
