Ingredients
- 15.5 ounce (1 jar) Mission® Queso
- 6 handfuls (approx. 60 chips) Mission® Restaurant Style Tortilla Triangles
- 16 ounce (1 can) Refried black beans, can
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage, bulk, ground, sauteed and drained
- 1½ tsp. Hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Green onions, sliced
Instructions
- 1. To start: Evenly combine refried beans, queso and cooked breakfast sausage 2. Heat mixture in microwave 2½ minutes, reserve hot. 3. To prepare 1 nacho portion: Place ½ C hot mixture into a small cereal bowl (could use a plate). 4. Plunge/spike approx. 10 tortilla triangles into the hot queso mix. 5. Drizzle approx. ¼ tsp. hot sauce over all of the chips. 6. Sprinkle ½ Tbsp. scallions over all the chips. 7. Repeat steps 3-6 for remaining 5 portions. 8. Serve immediately.
