Ingredients
- 5 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk, hot
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 8 ounces whipped topping, such as Cool Whip
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 2 bananas, sliced, for serving
- Vanilla cookies (vanilla wafers), for serving
Instructions
- Combine the pudding mix and hot milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and peanut butter in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Set aside. Whip the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, bourbon and vanilla bean seeds in another bowl until soft peaks form.
- Transfer each component to a separate piping bag and pipe into six glasses, layering each component. Top with the sliced bananas and cookies. Enjoy!
