This crunchy cucumber and peanut salad is very spicy! Asian chili-garlic sauce gives dressing a rich taste profile. It’s a terrific side dish for lunch or dinner when my mum adds rice noodles. I prefer it as is.

THE RIBS TURNED OUT GREAT! The only changes were adding garlic powder and onion powder, and substituted BBQ sauce for ketchup. I was pressed for time so cooked on low for 3 hours then on high for 1 hour. Perfect!
Have been making this exact recipe for years. A true family favourite!!
I also did not use all ketchup. I used 2 cups of Sweet Baby Rays, and 1 cup of ketchup. I did not have chili sauce so I added Challula hot sauce to the ketchup. I also added chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. I only used 2 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar. This recipe was by far the best I’ve made, and the hubby absolutely loved it ❤️
I added a little onion powder, garlic powder and some fresh black pepper. We thought the added ingredients definitely helped the over all flavours blend
Substituted Ketchup with Strained tomato. No Chili Sauce. Added smokey bourbon hot sauce.
Extremely easy recipe to follow. Outstanding flavor. Would certainly try again (and again)!
Simply delicious
As a Southerner, I was raised on ribs and I must tell you this is the BEST and easiest rib recipe I’ve ever prepared. I do have trouble finding the Chili Sauce…not to be confused with Taco Sauce. Having this product is important for this recipe. Friends always request I bring the ribs when we have a gathering!
My husband liked the flavors but prefers that I bake them next time instead of using the slow cooker. The remaining sauce thickened up great following the recipe.
Followed the method. Used my own bbq sauce. Unfortunately I was so disappointed! Put in crock for 8 hours on low and it was way over cooked. The meat was so dry. Maybe my pot is overheating? Was really looking forward to it.
Very good
These ribs turned out fantastic , they are super easy to prepare , fall off the bone, finger licking good, I have never been very good at BBQing with the outdoor grill and I think I found the solution.
Totally simple and good. I use country ribs because they are always on sale where I live. Brown them on both sides in the oven. I add a little liquid smoke to the sauce as well as a bit more Tabasco because we like them spicy. (You could also use a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce instead, but we like this recipe just fine and it’s very easy). We serve them with tater tots and slaw. Since it’s such an easy recipe, we have ribs quite often now. And if you use a slow cooker liner bag, cleanup is almost nonexistent.
I love this recipes doesn’t have that grease cause it’s done in the oven first this is the best ribs I’ve ever had
Delicious and results in the most tender ribs one could imagine.
This was the second time I have made this and definitely deserves a 5
I have never cooked ribs before but I made these for a family supper and everyone raved about them. So simple. Finished them off on the BBQ to crisp them up a bit.
Husband loved it!
Phenomenal!!!! Everyone loved it! Didn’t change anything except didn’t have oregano.
This is a very, very good recipe! I’ve made them several times now because my husband and 8 year old love it- and it’s so easy! Thanks for sharing!
I rating this 5 stars for the way the ribs are cooked. The ribs turned out perfect and literally fell off the bone. We didn’t use the sauce in this recipe, but instead just slow cooked it with a can of bear and ate it with Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce.
