This fish goes really well with the garlic aioli sauce. Serve with baked bass, deep-fried cod, or grilled salmon; there are many other dishes that it goes well with. Extra-virgin olive oils are best, but you may also try olive oils from Italy, France, or Greece to change up the flavor. Never keep something for longer than a few hours.

Absolutely delicious!! The horseradish sauce offset the sweetness of the loaf perfectly. *chef’s kiss*

This was delicious and pretty.
Used whole wheat bread crumbs instead of rolled oats. Loved the horseradish sauce!
I have never had ham loaf before and I thought this was delicious. The horseradish saved this from being too sweet.. was a nice layer of flavor in this. Will make this again.. great idea for Christmas ham leftovers
