Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup Italian dressing, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Combine pork chops, Italian dressing, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to evenly coat pork chops with dressing. Spread pork chops and dressing in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each chop should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking if you have time.
