A quick and delicious dinner dish with little preparation time is these roasted pork chops with Italian dressing.

Ingredients

  1. 4 (5 ounce) bone-in pork chops
  2. 1 cup Italian dressing, or more to taste
  3. salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine pork chops, Italian dressing, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to evenly coat pork chops with dressing. Spread pork chops and dressing in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each chop should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  4. Marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking if you have time.
