Everybody has at least heard of or tried chicken coated with ranch salad dressing; while the dressing provides moisture, it also ups the calorie count. You can still obtain the flavor and moisture by using dried ranch seasoning and chicken thighs!

My granddaughter loved these! She’s very picky but almost ate the whole plate! Very easy too!
These were delicious but I found the cream cheese to be a pain. This is what I ended up doing and it was easier for me: I spread the cream cheese on each bacon slice, then wrapped it around the dill pickle spear. Turned out great!
These are surprisingly fantastic! But some discrepancies with the recipe: 2oz is almost nothing! Made using Famous Dave’s spears, which a jar contained 10. As such, used 4oz cream cheese, and 10 slices of bacon. Also, as others have said, cook time was 30 minutes – even using thin bacon. We loved the salty, sweet and savory combo! Ranch dipping sauce was perfect complement! Would absolutely make again. A fun New Year’s recipe! Thanks FranceC!
I only had vegetable cream cheese spread and added a little cayenne pepper to the tops. These were AMAZING!! Really glad I cooked the bacon for a few minutes first! Definitely will be making these again.
I used precooked bacon so I was sure it was totally cooked, even on the bottom. My husband and I both liked them but found we had to eat them with a fork and knife.
These taste amazing. The flavors compliment each other perfectly. The only discrepancy I had was the amount of time cooking. Recipe called for 12-15 minutes, but it took me closer to 30 for the bacon to brown. Worth the wait!
Recommend pre-cooking bacon as previously stated.
I made this for my coffee club! A hit and so simple! I would recommend precooking the bacon a bit if you want it well done… This is quickly becoming a party favourite!

As messy as they were (probably my fault for not using toothpicks), my family loved these! Easy to fix and they were great with ranch dressing.
Loved them! So easy & quick to make.
Following the recipe the bacon was not cooked enough for my tastes. Next time I will pre-cook the bacon a little in a skillet (or microwave) so that it gets done properly.
Delicious!! Best thing to ever happen to bacon ?? I added a little Cajun seasoning to the ranch dipping sauce to spice it up.
Yeah, this was really good. In fact we’re planning on making more this weekend. It’s an odd combo for sure (and quite salty), but really tasty.
Very good. Did them in the air fryer
Super simple to make. Delicious, savory, but a little messy. Husband and the kids loved them.
Made it tonight, just as written. Was very good, will make again.
Trying this one soon!
