Simple and delicious! I think that is the best way to describe this dish as Anonymus said on May 2, 2022. It is a bit of sweet and heat nothing overpowering just an excellent flavor.
This recipe is so simple and delicious! I was a little leery of the A1 and brown sugar combo at first (I tried it before basting and thought, “Hmmm….different”). But once it was on the pork chop it was incredible! I also used some really thick ribeye pork chops (about 2”), and they turned out really tender and juicy- this is my favorite way to do chops now!
I thought it was delicious although when I made the A1 and brown sugar sauce it was so sweet I had to start over. I would suggest only using maybe 1 tablespoon brown sugar, but otherwise the pork chops turned out perfectly. I did brine them for four hours before I put them on the grill so they were very tender and juicy. I will definitely make this again.
Made this for the first time tonight…..easy, fast and delicious!
WOW!’mm This is the first review I have written on here. Outstanding! I did cut back on the chipotle because I made my own and it’s a little hotter. I can’t say enough, you have to try this!!!
