Ingredients

  1. ½ cup peanut butter
  2. 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  3. ⅓ cup white sugar
  4. ¼ cup butter
  5. 3 ½ cups cold milk
  6. 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  7. 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

Instructions

  1. Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until smooth and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter into peanut butter until evenly combined. Transfer to a 9×13-inch baking dish and press to form a crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  2. Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until thick and creamy; pour over crust. Top pie with whipped topping to serve.

Really good. Very easy. I loved the peanut butter crust. Someone in my house claimed it’s like a peanut butter cup pie. I think he’s right. I crushed my graham crackers with a rolling pin but they sell them precrushed. I recommend trying this.
