Instructions

  1. Grate the zest of 2 oranges; set aside. Juice the oranges and whisk with 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the orange zest. Pour the plain filling into a 9-inch graham cracker crust. Spoon the zest mixture over the top, then swirl with the back of the spoon. Cover and freeze until set, about 4 hours.

i tried this recipe, follow the method but it did not set after the said time given, However the flavor is good love it just which it would set.

So easy and fast! Brought this to a work potluck and it was perfect for a summer day. I considered using vanilla yogurt also, but the pie is still sweet enough with plain yogurt.

This was super easy and delicious! Perfectly refreshing for a hot day! I would like. I used vanilla greek yogurt, hoping for a little bit of extra sweetness. Not much there. The hardest part of this recipe was waiting 4 hours for the pie to cool in the freezer! It’s held up wonderfully too! The only unhealthy ingredient is the sweetened, condensed milk, so this is a great summertime treat for everyone!

Mmmmm … Delicious and so easy, even though I made my own crust. I loved the tart orange with the sweet graham cracker crust. Will definitely make again.

Yummy! Seriously, this is the perfect pie for a hot, sunny summer day. After my first read of the recipe, I was skeptical, but my dad insisted we try it.
It has a great, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. You can eat it straight out of the freezer- it doesnt go rock hard like i thought it would.
It tastes a bit like an orange creamsicle, but not quite as sweet.
Super easy to make, the hardest part was waiting for it to set in the freezer.
The only thing I did different, was make my own graham crust (1 1/4 c graham crumbs, 1/4 c butter melted, baked for 10 mins at 350).
