Ingredients

  1. 1 pound (about 3 cups) frozen Tater Tots
  2. Nonstick cooking spray
  3. 4 slices bacon
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  5. 1/4 cup sour cream
  6. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  7. 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  8. Chopped fresh chives, for topping

Instructions

  1. Bake the Tater Tots as the label directs. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F and lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium-low heat, turning once, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, then roughly chop.
  3. Lightly press the Tater Tots into the prepared dish. Top with the cheese and bacon. Bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise with the Sriracha. Drizzle the pie with the spicy mayonnaise and sprinkle with chives.

Made this quick meal for the family and they really enjoyed. I did spice up the sauce with jalapeno and garlic for a kick. They requested that this be made again.

I made this for breakfast by adding fried eggs to the top, delicious!

Loved by both adults and kids! Served with cheeseburgers. I doubled the recipe and used two pie plates…the kids’ plate did not get the sriracha drizzle. Too spicy for kids. But, the adults loved it! Will make again, for sure!

Super easy recipe that reminds me of potato skins, but way easier! That simple sauce is money. It is great for dipping anything. We use it on chicken strips, burgers and vegetable sticks. Two great recipes here!

This would be a five star if I had bacon and had use siracha. I didn’t have siracha so I used paprika instead but it didn’t really work! Lol! And I also didn’t have bacon either! But that’s ok! This is super easy and super yummy! It’s simple enough for a 12 year old to do! And I am 12.
Super yummy!

Just a question. I already KNOW this won’t be enough. If I double the recipe would a 9X13 cake pan work?
