Not a fan of this recipe. I agree with other reviews that it’s too salty and that the pickling spice was overpowering. Hopefully by refrigerating the veggies they will become crispy. Right now, they’re pretty soggy.

This is delicious!

Used 3 different varieties of radishes from my garden and followed recipe as given. Didn’t find it overly salty at all but I will use less pickling spice next time just felt it was a little over powering. Thank goodness I read the recipe and didn’t just go by ingredient list or I would have missed the cup of water that needs added!

Use less salt

A good base recipe. I took in consideration what the other reviewers said about the salt content. I cut the salt and used 2 tablespoons of Morton kosher salt and felt it was perfect. I may cut the pickling spice a little next time.

Agree with others that these are salty.  I will make again but use half the salt. Pretty and still delicious!!

These were delicious.  Agree that they are a bit salty, but they are pickles!  I used 3 tbsp or salt.   I have used them on Katie Lee’s Black Bean Burgers.

Excellent! This is my go-to pickling recipe! I’ve also used this recipe for pickles, banana peppers and solo jalapeños. I’ve tried several different pickling recipes from various sites/sources but this one is my favorite!

This was delicious!!  Didn’t have radishes, but used some extra onion.  We had it on a burger and the Triple Pickle made it!,  thank you for the recipe!

Family and friends raved about this! It’s so good on street tacos. I did what others suggested and halved the salt. Perfection!
