It’s simple to create and a delicious treat for you and your friends to enjoy this creamy keto Alfredo sauce! Pasta or zoodles (spiralized zucchini) go well with it. Even chicken or shrimp are options. If sauce is kept in the fridge, it will become very thick. To make the sauce pourable, simply warm it up.

Very easy. I did use the shredded cheese I had on hand. It was delicious!
Made this exactly as listed. Loved it, but my garlic cloves were big, so it was a bit heavy on the garlic. Still yummy!
I added cremini mushrooms, asparagus and chicken. This was the best Alfredo sauce I’ve tried. Just wow
I used nutpods instead of heavy cream, but overall, it was delicious, and I would make it again. divided the recipe by 8, and it was about 240 calories in a serving.
I will make this again and again! Thank you!
This was so delicious and easy to make. I served it with plant-based fettuccine. Will definitely be making again.
This was so good. I am on Keto so I used the zoodles (uncooked) microwaved for 40 seconds to warm and served with hot sauce. The zoodles were not mushy like they can be if you cook them first. The only change I made was to use fresh ground multi color pepper and light cream because I didn’t have heavy cream.
Love it! Tastes fabulous! Easy to make and perfect for keto!
Love this, just used the shiritaki spaghetti and baked chicken thighs, cut up. Would recommend it to anyone. YUMMY
So fast and flavorful! This is my go to recipe for spaghetti squash fettuccini. My family loves it and we will NEVER buy another jar of sauce again!
I did make it. Didn’t have nutmeg. I did add basil and oregano. It was delicious!!!!!
very creamy and cheesy delicious
This sauce was amazing. Super flavourful and it can be used for anything. Night one, I poured it over Palmini noodles with sauteed spinach and mushrooms. Night 2, I sauteed cauliflower rice (with a little butter), threw in mushrooms and spinach again and roasted chicken. Mixed together, it made what was almost identical to a cozy rice casserole. It was unreal. This sauce is my new go-to and it saved me on a night I just wanted something comforting to eat… it made enough for me to use the next day and freeze some for the future as well. Highly recommend!
I like to make this and spoon it over steamed broccoli. It takes care of my pasta cravings. I always go back to this recipe because it’s quick, easy and uses ingredients I always have on hand since I’m doing low carb/Keto. I absolutely wouldn’t change a thing.
Yummy
This sauce was amazing! I’ve never made my own. I felt like I was at olive garden. I added a little more cheese at the end and some Italian seasoning. I poured it over zoodles and topped with chicken, bacon, sauteed red bell pepper, and grated parmesan.
Turned out perfectly! Will definitely be on the menu again
Delicious and so easy. Thank you from a keto/gluten free home
Fantastic! Will definitely make again. Omitted nutmeg cause I didn’t have any lol
This sauce was great! Fast, easy and you can spice it up or mellow it. Thank you for the recipe!
Very easy… delicious! I used rotisserie chicken. Perfect for meeting keto needs
