Love this RECIPE!!!
I love this recipe! It’s a go to for me on my keto diet. I serve it with chicken breast and broccoli. It’s so good, I’ve served it for several people and they all love it. Thank you for posting it.
I would double the amount of the cream used, or even substitute whole milk for the cream; I would also double the amount of butter used. You don’t want the sauce so thick that it has the consistency of glue. Otherwise, this works.
I added fresh minced garlic to the butter as the butter was melting. Wonderful flavor but my sauce was on the thin side. Not sure what I did wrong. FWIW I used unsalted butter, exactly 1pint of heavy whipping cream & a cup and a half of fresh grated Parmesan that I grated from a brick of Parmesan. Definitely going to make again. FWIW2 I served this sauce with Fettuccine noodles and I grilled over charcoal, Greenwise skin on chicken thighs which I deboned just before grilling. Again, loved the flavor of the sauce but I need to figure out why my sauce was a tad on the thin side
I make this often my family and I love it! It’s easy and very delicious!! I add broccoli and grilled chicken or Shrimp
Add a bit of nutmeg if you want, freshly grated or from a jar.
It really is sort of easy. Read the reviews first and stir, stir, stir makes all the difference. Served it to luncheon guests and not a bit left over! Made it with peeled deveined shrimp. Ne t time I’m trying chicken.
I use this a lot as a base sauce and add garlic, pepper or parsley or sometimes cayenne. You can flavor it to taste.
Love the recipe just the way it is!! Taste just like olive gardens Alfredo sauce. I usually do add a tad bit of garlic salt for extra garlic saltiness but it’s great as is too.
I did not use all the butter . I use chopped garlic with olive oil and butter then heavy cream n the cheese . My kids loved it !
Added garlic, and used the pan I used to cook my cajun shrimp. Yummy
This sauce is amazing, I added some fresh garlic and tossed it with angel hair pasta, crab, shrimp and scallops and everyone loved it!!
Easy, peasy and great taste.
Easy but it was a tiny bit lumpy at the end
i will never buy store bought alfredo sauce ever again. this actually tastes much much better and is done before i could have even reached the supermarket. my extra finicky son gave me a standing ovation at the dinner table. your hunt for the best and easiest alfredo sauce is over! thanks so much for sharing the recipe! TEN STARS
I made it with just a couple of personal changes – more Italian seasoning. This was my first use of DOP Marzano tomatoes and they are wonderful. They are 4-6 times more expensive than the store brand (28 oz cans). I will use this tomato sauce for lasagna. For regular spaghetti sauce use I will use the cheaper tomatoes. Excellent.
I love making this sauce so much!! It is a hit everytime ? So easy and oh so delicious

this recipes is one of the easiest I’ve made. I just read 1 of the other reviews with all the tips in it and I’m going to try them next time. I also add chicken & just a little bit of cream cheese I had left over from a Hello Fresh meal
So easy!!!! Absolutely love it!!! I added garlic powder.
Yum
