- Good olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the shrimp on a sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.Toss well, spread them in one layer and roast for 6 to 8 minutes, just until they’re pink and cooked through.

Add the shrimp and serve hot.

This was excellent! The roasting of the shrimp is a great idea, I added a bit of garlic and it was delicious. I also added red chili flakes when I mixed the lemon zest and juice to the pasta. Delicious!
Roasting the shrimp in the oven makes this a really easy and delicious recipe. I add garlic and sometimes I will add cubed, crispy pancetta. It is a nice complement to the roasted shrimp.
I have made this many times it is so yummy. I add some garlic and red pepper flakes. I have also made it with blackened chicken and blackened shrimp.
I’ve made this for years, it’s actually one of my “go-to” recipes when I’m hungry for shellfish and pasta. I usually make it according to Ina’s recipe, but have added garlic. Either way, it’s good!
Added garlic and asparagus based on other reviews…. Still very bland and way too tart for our taste, even though I went with half the amount of juice. if again, I would leave out the lemon juice completely and increase the salt and pepper considerably
Excellent….just the right amount of lemon! Yummy
Delicious!!
I added asparagus and parmesan cheese and it turned out Yummy
Was hoping for simple- yes..and it was.. but ended up salvaging it by adding garlic, capers and chives
