I added 1-1/2 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of ginger. I also took Sunny Anderson recipe for Asian lettuce wraps and added to this. Basically take both recipes, but omit lettuce. So good! Hubby wants me to make double batch next time so he can have left overs.

This dish is not chow mein. It is Lo mein. Chow mein has crunchy noodles. Tee I love you and your recipes, however get ahold of Tila. He can’t teach you what dish your makeing.

Super easy and good! I added some sriracha for a little spice. I didn’t think it was bland at all. Great base to a recipe!

Not budget friendly due to the cabbage. It only comes in a full head, prices per pound, and they are massive…$6 cabbage and only need a bit of it. Flavoring was also flat which surprised me because these are usually heavy hotter ingredients. Will make again but need to doctor it.

I feel like I somehow did something wrong… it just was not yummy. A bit bitter n bland on my side, shame!

I thought this was great. I added safflower oil instead of peanut oil, teriyaki sauce instead of soy, and half a teaspoon of garlic. Also didn’t use cabbage because yuk
