Easy Beef Stroganoff

This peach curd is similar to lemon curd, but it’s made using peaches instead of lemons. We enjoy spreading it on toast, pound cake, or scones.

This was delicious!!

Really quick & easy, but so yummy it tastes like you spent hours on it, instead of 30 minutes. A household favorite.

Use Beef Consomme + 1/3 c white wine. Add garlic.

My favorite stroganoff recipe. I make it with whatever chunky meat I can find and it comes out delicious. My whole family (14yo, 10yo, 4yo, and husband) gobble it up.

Great recipe, not overly difficult or time consuming.

It’s a little too heavy. Other wise it was pretty good

Instead of fresh mushrooms I substituted them with cream of mushroom soup.

Used a lot more mushrooms and onions. I didn’t have beef broth, so I used chicken broth. It worked fine. My sons loved it.

It was good!

I’ve made this multiple times and it’s fine. I’m actually writing this review because I’m tired of seeing people go completely off

Made this tonight and we thought this was delicious. The broth was a little bit more runny than I would have liked and there needs to be seasoning of this at every level or it will be bland.

I added an 8oz of cream cheese and it made it so creamy and tasty

A good basic Stroganoff meal as is and easily adjusted for personal palate.

This recipe was easy and delicious. I’ve only ever made stroganoff before using store-bought stroganoff seasoning in a packet. I was amazed how yummy and easy this recipe was to make. The only modification I made was to add worcestershire sauce. I will never need to buy the seasoning packets again! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Great recipe, family loved it.

My husband and I loved this! I cut the recipe in half, but used all the onion and all the mushrooms called for in the original recipe. I put the mushrooms in the food processor and coarsely chopped them, so they looked like the ground beef (shhh, my husband hates mushrooms). I then cooked the onion and mushrooms along with the ground beef and added garlic cloves. Then I continued with the recipe as written. This is a very flavorful main dish and is worthy of serving to company.

Super easy and tasty! I used only 1.3 lbs of 10% ground beef and it was plenty. I also added carrots and peas into the pan with the mushrooms and onions. Before added the sour cream, it tastes a lot like sheppard’s pie. Will make again!
Jonathan Decker
I used pork sausage vs. ground beef because it’s what I had defrosted. Was very flavorful!
