Fruity Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Original Bisquick or Bisquick Heart Smart mix
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free yogurt (any fruit flavor)
  6. Fresh fruit and additional yogurt, if desired

Instructions

  1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, eggs and 1 container yogurt until blended (batter will be thick).
  2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Spread batter slightly.
  3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve topped with fruit and additional yogurt.
