Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 10 cups popcorn
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup salted cashews
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup

This is our family favorite! “Pops” (grandpa) requests an xtra large bucket every year for the holidays!
I would definitely make this again, but would omit the the microwaving part. All it did was burn a few clusters of popped corn. The paper bag worked very well, but the biggest challenge is getting ahold of one in today’s plastic bag world. It’s a keeper for sure!
This paper bag method works great! I used our leftover theater popcorn and I set my oven at 250 for an hour stirring every 15 minutes and cooled on a rack. It’s crispy and addictive!
This was good and easy. I skipped the bag part and assembled and baked it on a large broiler pan. I used cashews and pecans. I will use this recipe again.
