Peanut Raisin Clusters

  4.6 – 9 reviews  • Raisin Recipes
This three-ingredient, no-bake dessert couldn’t be easier to make! Just add some peanuts and raisins to melted chocolate and scoop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then, they just have to chill in the fridge until set. They are salty and sweet and sure to be a hit every time you make them.
Level: Easy
Total: 45 min
Active: 15 min
Yield: 15 to 20 clusters

Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  2. 2/3 cup roasted peanuts
  3. 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, then remove the bowl from the double boiler and stir in the peanuts and raisins. Mix to completely coat the peanuts and raisins in the chocolate.
  3. Use a spoon to drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Let the clusters sit in the fridge until solid, about 30 minutes. Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

I wanted to make this ever since I saw Valerie make it on TV so decided to make it for my birthday as my own very special treat. It did not disappoint, tasted as amazing as it looks, and the fact that it was so easy all in one bowl made it even better. Thank you so much Valerie, your recipes are gifts.

Just made these and they are super Easy and delish. I did swap out the chocolate for bittersweet and changed to walnuts. Love these and it made 13 for me. Thanks Valerie! Will miss you when you are gone.
