Ingredients
- 2 cups walnut pieces
- Canola oil, for coating the foil
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread the walnuts out on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes. Let cool, then transfer to a bowl. Lightly coat the aluminum foil with canola oil.

Reviews
What temperature do they need to be baked on?
These walnuts are incredible! I strongly recommend you try them, you will not be disappointed. The combination of cinnamon, maple and sweetness is perfection. I just recommend you be generous w/ the oil on the foil, as you can imagine, they will be stick to the foil if you don’t. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time, I think I’ll try parchment paper in lieu of foil.
I made this as part of a basket taken as potluck for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. I will definitely be making it again.
