Instructions
- Slice a small seedless watermelon into 1/2-by-3-inch sticks, removing the rind. Sprinkle with a mix of 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon each ground coriander and cumin and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. Stir together 1/2 cup sour cream, the zest and juice of 1 lime and a pinch each of ground cumin and salt. Serve with the watermelon fries.
Reviews
the seasoning could’ve used a little less cumin and maybe add pepper or red chili flakes to add more heat
Loved this recipe as it was a good alternative to plain watermelon and an interesting side. It wasn’t too spicy as the spice and sweet went together well.
Delicious and a new take on watermelon snacking. Love this.
Great, refreshing summer time app. You do need to like the flavors of cumin & coriander, which we love. Will definitely make again for summer get-together
