This was just ok for me. Probably would not make again.

This was so easy and flavorful! I marinated the chicken breasts for a few hours and baked them. I used feta instead of smoked mozzarella just because that’s what we like. Very filling meal.

Just made this. I was a bit skeptical, but really very good! Very happy with our meal.

Absolutely delicious!! I used mozzarella balls instead of the smoked and roasted the tomatoes in some olive oil, salt, and pepper. I will definitely make this again. Thanks Katie!

This is the best! I roast my tomatoes for about 20 min before mixing everything together! This is the perfect work lunch!

Amazingly simple and easy. Farro has now become a staple in my pantry. Prior to adding the halved cherry tomatoes, I gave them some extra “love” with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

I couldn’t find smoked mozzarella anywhere, so used small fresh mozzarella balls. Delicious! Now one of my go-to meals.

My first time trying farro – I’m hooked!  This recipe is delicious and so easy. Be warned, it’s kind of addictive 🙂

Loved this. Easy, fed an army ( I doubled the recipe) and the dish was so full of flavor. The family called this a “do-over” as in they want it again soon. 🙂
