I baked these for a dog party and they do not taste good. But, I’m not a dog so I think they’ll enjoy them. If you don’t have wheat germ, flaxseed meal works the same.

Quick and simple recipe! Our dog loves them! I used parchment paper instead of greasing the cookie sheet. We’ve made them 4x and plan to share with friends.

Worked out great. I baked them a little longer (40 minutes) and turned them after 20. Dogs love them.

My Grand Puppy, Bella, absolutely loves these every time I make them!!

Used oatmeal as no wheat germ, otherwise used all of the same ingredients. Dumped the dough onto sprayed parchment paper, folded over and patted it out to a rectangle. Unfolded paper and baked. PERFECT!! Dogs loved them as do all the neighbour dogs.

I will definitely be making these treats again. Like some of the other reviews, I added a little extra pumpkin and peanut butter. I didn’t need any water and the dough was a sticky consistency. Next time I will use cookie cutters. Thanks for posting!

The Pup loved these! Didn’t use any sweetener and just eyeballed the ingredients. Don’t get too hung up on measurements and modify with what you have. Of course, my dog is not picky and anything having any resemblance to people food is snarfed down.

I’ve tried others, but this one is best. Peanutty and my dogs love the sweetness of the banana. Like others, I left out the honey due to the heavy banana sugar.

My dogs just love it this is my second batch for making it for them. Will keep on making for them.

I made these with oats instead of wheat germ and added some cinnamon. I had to add more flour to overcome stickiness of p-butter. I have to say my dog loves them. Of course I had a taste…. left a very pleasant after taste in my mouth although not much sweetness which is good for pooch. I might sub pumpkin next time but these were pretty good .. my puppy begs for them. I wonder if crunchy nutty p-butter might be good?

Didn’t have wheat germ so substituted with rolled oats.

Our dog loved these cookies! I had to substitute the wheat germ for oatmeal & the wheat flour for coconut flour because it’s what I had, but they’re good. I had a piece of one & it’s not bad at all. This recipe is a keeper!

Tried this with my four dogs and it’s amazing how they suddenly turn into different dogs. Suddenly obedient, hahaha.
