Introducing the Lungarno. I created this drink after my stay at Hotel Lungarno in beautiful Florence, Italy. This is the perfect spritz for transition into the spring months. Ciao!

Refreshing! Takes me back my trip to Italy 2 years ago. Perfect Spring cocktail, I’ll hold off on the Aperol Spritz ‘til late Summer and Autumn. Looking forward to sharing this with friends.
*I did substitute Montenegro Amaro, which I had on hand.
I don’t typically like champagne and I had champagne that was a gift. I also had amaretto that we used to bake something with and didn’t know what else to use it for ..saw this show over the-weekend and made the drink- really yummy. I will pair back on the sugar next time. Otherwise, outstanding.
GZ did it again! I made this drink tonight exactly as written. I had some nice grilled, Coho Salmon and a big salad. It was the perfect pairing to cut the richness of the salmon. This is in my rotation.
Absolutely fantastic, best JZ cocktail to date!
Delicious! Made the same say we saw it on tv.
GZ, could you substitute Aperol in lieu of the Amaro?
