Broken Shaker mixologist Gabriel Orta says the key to a great cocktail starts with the ingredients—such as freshly squeezed orange juice and a liqueur making a comeback from the 1920s, Cherry Heering. (Movie buffs may recognize this cocktail’s name, which comes from the 1922 movie Blood and Sand, starring Rudolph Valentino.)
